What does a Social or Social Dance Party entail you wonder?

A social dance event in the Afro-Latin dance space is a vibrant, welcoming gathering where people come together to enjoy the rhythms of salsa, bachata, Kizomba, and other Afro-Latin styles. No partner is needed to join, as the focus is on having fun, learning, and dancing with different people throughout the event.

A dance social is one of the best ways to meet new people in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. Dance is not only an exciting way to connect with others, but it’s also a fantastic way to stay fit and boost mental health, as it improves coordination, reduces stress, and promotes overall well-being. The only words you need know in this space are, “May I have this dance”.

What are Workshops. How are they different from regular class?

A dance workshop in salsa or Kizomba offers an intensive, focused learning experience where participants dive deeper into specific techniques, styles, or moves. Unlike regular classes, workshops typically last longer and concentrate on refining particular aspects of the dance, often with a guest instructor or expert. No partner is needed, as workshops are designed for individuals to practice with rotating partners, allowing everyone to improve their skills.

Workshops provide a great opportunity to accelerate progress, receive personalized feedback, and immerse yourself in a high-energy environment, making it a unique and valuable way to enhance your dance journey.
